Refund Method

Return Process
To initiate a return, you can contact us at service@petkitco.com, fill out the return reason and quantity, and upload a photo of the product. Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions. Please package the product properly and ship it to the specified address. After the product is confirmed to be in good condition, a refund will be processed for you.
